Terms of Service

Limeez provides cloud-based management software for repair shops, including ticketing, quotes, invoicing, inventory, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins and applicable fees apply unless you cancel beforehand. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, which we add where required by law. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our fees with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law; infringing the rights of others; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems; reselling the Service without authorization; or using it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data and for holding the necessary rights and consents.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Limeez and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.

The Service may integrate with third-party products. We are not responsible for those third-party services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limeez will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Limeez harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [State], whose jurisdiction you consent to, except where applicable law allows you to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
